Historic Buckland Cemetery Tour

Meet at the Bright Museum at 9.30 to pay and collect your information sheet and map then drive to the Buckland Cemetery (all sealed road) for an informative walk around the Buckland Cemetery with a local historian who will describe the mad rush for gold, the sickness that claimed the life of thousands of early gold seekers, the tragic loss of young lives and the infamous Buckland Riot of 1857. Rain cancels.
